Delicious Pavlova

Recipe of the month:

Choriqueso

Quick, simple and delicious!

Ingredients


  • 250g Chorizo sausage (Español, Cocktail or Chistorra)
  • 250g Casa México Cheese (Fresco, Añejo or Oaxaca)
  • Opcional: Green sauce to taste
  • Suggested sauce: Salsa Verde San Marcos, La Costeña o La Morena
  • For dipping: Tortilla Chips Casa México Natural Dreieckig 150g
  • For tacos: 6 nixtamalized corn tortillas or 6 wheat tortillas Casa México 15cm

Directions


  1. Fry the chorizo in a pan or a clay pot on a low flame until brown.
  2. Add the cheese and keep on heating until it melts.
  3. Stir the cheese and the chorizo until it becomes an even mix, and then remove from the heat.
  4. For dipping: dip the tortilla chips in the choriqueso and enjoy the bite.
  5. For tacos: Warm both sides of the tortillas in another pan and store them in a tortillero. Place the choriqueso on the already warmed tortillas, roll them up, and serve on a plate.
  6. (Optional) Add green sauce to taste.
  7. Enjoy!
